Simple recipe with simple ingredients but looking gorgeous and delicious. This is a purely veg recipe which you can shallow fry. I served in two ways, those who avoid dairy products they can serve with coriander chutney or tomato sauce. Those who have no objection they can serve with curd, tomato sauce and chat masala.

- 1 bowl mashed potato
- 1 cup mixed veggies
- 1 tbsp roasted coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
- Oil for shallow fry
- Salt

Instructions
- Mash the boiled potatoes and make a dough keep aside.
- Cook mixed veggies add roasted coriander powder, garam masala and salt for seasoning.
- Take handful potato dough fill with cooked veggies then shallow fry.
- Serve either with coriander chutney or curd, tomato sauce and sprinkle with chat masala. Serve to your nearest and dearest.
