  • 250 gm Hung Curd
  • cup Cream fresh half
  • tsp Sugar two
  • Nuts crushed
  • tsp Desiccated Coconut two
  • tsp Vanilla Essence half
  • Coconut Sugar and coco powder for spraying


  • Curd should be hung with maslin cloth.
  • Take a bowl add hung curd, sugar, fresh cream, desiccated coconut and 1/2 itsp vanilla blend with a spatula.
  • Then add crushed nuts and garnish with coconut sugar and coco powder. Keep in freeze at least two hours.

Recipe Notes

When we serve to guest spraying with coco powder. After lunch or dinner it gives more taste.
