Shitake In Chili Garlic Mushrooms

Shitake means mushrooms. Shitake in Chili garlic sauce is quick n easy recipe cooked with crushed garlic, spices and butter. I prepared this in very few minutes.

Ingredients
  

  • Shitake Mushrooms - 15nos (peeled and sliced)
  • 3 nos garlic pods crushed
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
  • Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon Oil

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in pan and add shitake in it cook for 2minute on high flame. Transfer it to a plate.
  • Now in same pan heat 1/2 tablespoon butter.
  • Add garlic n saute for min on low flame.
  • Add cooked shitake, chili garlic sauce, salt, black pepper powder and mix it well, turn off the flame. Serve this hot in plate.
  • Shitake in chili garlic sauce is ready to eat. Serve this as a side dish.
