Ingredients
- 15 no Shitake mushrooms - (peeled and sliced) shitake
- 3 pods Garlic nos crushed
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Garlic Sauce or chili chili
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1 tsp Oil

Instructions
- Heat oil in pan and add shitake in it cook for 2minute on high flame. Transfer it to a plate.
- Now in same pan heat 1/2 tablespoon butter.
- Add garlic n saute for min on low flame.
- Add cooked shitake, chili garlic sauce, salt, black pepper powder and mix it well, turn off the flame. Serve this hot in plate.
- Shitake in chili garlic sauce is ready to eat. Serve this as a side dish.
