Shitake means mushrooms. Shitake in Chili garlic sauce is quick n easy recipe cooked with crushed garlic, spices and butter. I prepared this in very few minutes.
Shitake (Mushrooms) - 15nos (peeled and sliced)
3 nos garlic pods crushed
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
Salt as required
1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
1 teaspoon cooking oil
Heat oil in pan and add shitake in it cook for 2minute on high flame. Transfer it to a plate.
Now in same pan heat 1/2 tablespoon butter.
Add garlic n saute for min on low flame.
Add cooked shitake, chili garlic sauce, salt, black pepper powder and mix it well, turn off the flame. Serve this hot in plate.
Shitake in chili garlic sauce is ready to eat. Serve this as a side dish.
