  • 15 no Shitake mushrooms - (peeled and sliced) shitake
  • 3 pods Garlic nos crushed
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Garlic Sauce or chili chili
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • 1 tsp Oil


  • Heat oil in pan and add shitake in it cook for 2minute on high flame. Transfer it to a plate.
  • Now in same pan heat 1/2 tablespoon butter.
  • Add garlic n saute for min on low flame.
  • Add cooked shitake, chili garlic sauce, salt, black pepper powder and mix it well, turn off the flame. Serve this hot in plate.
  • Shitake in chili garlic sauce is ready to eat. Serve this as a side dish.
