About this Recipe

I had never learnt this recipe. I just tried it at home and it was simply awesome.

Ingredients & Quantity
  • Paneer – 250 gm cut into cubes
  • Malai/cream- 100 gm
  • Tomato – 2 large
  • Milk
  • Ginger – small size
  • Garlic -5-6 pieces
  • Onion – 2 large
  • Dhania powder
  • Zeera /cumin seeds
  • Chilli powder
  • Amchur powder
  • Salt
  • Turmeric powder
How to cook?
  1. Cut the onion and fry it in a pan along with sliced ginger and garlic till it turns golden brown. Cool it and then grind it with the tomatoes. In a pan heat oil. Add some cumin seeds. Add the mixture prepared. Add salt, turmeric powder, garam masala, amchur powder & dhania powder and cook well till the mixture starts leaving oil. Add the malai or cream and mix properly. Check the consistency and add milk to make the mixture if required. Bring the mixture to boil and add paneer cubes. Boil it for some time (7-10 mins) and then serve hot with chapatti/bread.
