Delicious, Relishing, Mouth Watering.
Summers are incomplete without Shahi Mango Chutney. Dry fruits amalgamate with mango and gives blissful taste. This chutney is damn tasty and very healthy too. Spread on bread or have just like that

Ingredients
  

  • ½ Kg Raw Mangoes grated
  • ½ Kg Sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cardamon seeds powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Salt
  • 2 teaspoon Raisins Chopped
  • 2 teaspoon Cashew nuts Chopped
  • 2 teaspoon Almonds Chopped

Instructions
 

  • Peel and grate raw mangoes.
  • Take a kadhai / pan, cook the grated mangoes for 5 min. Once mangoes are cooked, add salt, rock salt, black pepper powder, cardamom seeds powder. Gradually add sugar and red chilly powder.
  • Mix all together and cook it for another 10 min.
  • Once the chutney turns brown, add all dry fruits to enhance the richness of the chutney. Cook the chutney for 5 min.
  • Serve cold with Bread or chapatti.
