Ingredients for Sem Aur Aloo Ka Achar

  • white beans/sem fali 1/2 kg
  • baby potato 1/2 kg
  • salt to taste or 1/1/4 tbsp
  • red chili powder 4 tsp or to taste
  • coriander powder 1 tbsp
  • turmeric powder 1/1/2 tsp
  • mustard powder 1 tbsp
  • mustard oil 2 tbsp or 1 cup
  • heeng 1/2 tsp

How to cook Sem Aur Aloo Ka Achar

  1. wash potato and beans boil in water for 5 minutes.
  2. remove the stem of beans
  3. take a large bowl or a mixing bowl mix all ingredients together ,keep in a air tight container
  4. keep the jar in sun light for 2 -3 days
  5. the pickle is ready to serve .
