Seafood Stock

This is another stock recipe that i want to share with my lovely audience. This recipe can be used as a supplement for soups, sauces and other dishes which is made with seafood/fish.

Ingredients
- 2 Fish bones whole fish bones, head to tail part can be used
- 2 Fennel bulb
- 1 bunch thyme
- 6 cloves Garlic
- 2 stick Leeks
- 3 stick Celery
- 2 Onion white/red
- 1 bunch Parsley
- 10 Black Peppercorn
- 6 bay leaf

Instructions
- First, same as any recipe we start we should gather all the required tools like cutting board, chopping board, pot and spatula. Along with all the ingredients mentioned above.
- Wash the fish bones and rest of all the vegetables nicely rinsing inside and outside.
- Set a pot on a stove, add water lesser than full of the pot. Then add all the ingredients mentioned above. This keep it only 30 minutes in simmering temperature.
- After 30 minutes remove the stock form fire and start straining with strainer and pass it through fine sieve. Let the stock cool it down after you can keep in your chiller or you can directly use to your dishes and make it taste to the next level.
Notes
- This is normally not practiced at home and some people just use the fillet of fish and throw the bones away. But let me tell you this bones have so much more flavors than you can hardly imagine. So never throw fish bones rather use it to create another amazing dish.
