Ingredients
- 1 kg sarso ka saag
- 1 small bunch palak
- 1 small bunch bathua leaves
- 1/2 bunch methi leaves
- Makki ka atta
- Green chlli-8-10
- Ginger-garlic2tbls
- Onion-2chopped
- Desi ghee-2tbls+2tbls
- Salt

Instructions
- Roughly chop the cleaned, washed leaves of Sarson, Spinachand Bathua.
- Pressure cook for 1 hour. Cool and coarsely puree in a food processor.
- Add makki ka atta green chillies and paste of ginger to this sag. Add salt.Cook for 10-15 minutes .
- In a pan heat 1 tsp butter and oil. Add ,chopped garlic and onion .Sauté till onions become translucent.add ginger.fry for 2minutes
- Add saag into it.and cook for 5 miutes
- Serve piping hot butter on top with Makki Ki Roti.
