Normally we know that sandesh means milk products but here I made this sandesh without any milk products. Now a days milk products have no control, so people are like to avoid milk products. They are searching recipe without milk products and proccessed food. I used sweet potato coconut and cashew nuts.

- 1 bowl mashed sweet potato
- 1/2 cup coconut paste
- 1/2 cup cashew nuts paste
- 2 tbsp jaggery powder
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- Walnut for garnishing
- Pinch of green cardamom powder
- Dates for garnishing

- Take a pan add coconut oil and jaggery. Stir for a few seconds.
- Add mashed sweet potato and stir continuously until dry. Then add coconut paste, cashew nuts paste. Again stir continuously.
- Add green cardamom powder. Slowly it will be soft dough.
- Put off the flame give rectangle shape and garnish with dates and walnut j
- Now it is ready to serve.
