Sandesh With Bean’S Seeds

Sandesh is such a recipe which can serve in any occasion. So Bengali people always think for new experience. I think I am one of those. This recipe is my first experiment. When I served Sandesh my guest could not imagine about the recipe.

Ingredients
- 250 gms bean's seeds
- 250 gms mawa
- 100 gms sugar
- 1 teaspoon green cardamom powder
- Pistachio for garnishing
- 1/2 cup coconut cream

Instructions
- Remove the seed's skin boil and make a smooth paste.
- Now take a frying pan add the paste go on stirring.
- When the paste will reduce add Mawa and stir continuously. Then add sugar cardamom powder and coconut cream. Mix well stir continuously.
- Gradually it will be a tight dough. Now give shape with mould. Garnish with pistachio and spread coconut sugar.
Notes
This Sandesh can be preserve more than two weeks in freeze.
