Ingredients
- 1 cup Broken Wheat (or rava rava)
- 2 cup Milk
- 1 Onion
- 1/2 Tomato
- 2 Carrot
- 2 Potato
- 1-2 Peas
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 2 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1/2 tsp Urad Dal
- 4 tsp Desi Ghee
- 1 tsp Fruit (dry powder)

Instructions
- In pan roast rava for 5-10 min. In pressure cooker heat ghee add mustard seeds,urad dal.fry it.after add onion.saute it till golden brown.then add tomato,salt,chopped carrot,peas, potato.stir it well.add garam masala,red chilli powder. Mix well
- Cook for 5-10 min.after add milk and water .cook for 4-5 whistles. Then add ghee ,dry fruit powder .stir it well.add dry fruits.healthy yummy spicy breakfast is Ready to eat.
