Salsa makes a tasty dip with tortillas, veg sticks, chips or papads

  • 2 red tomatoes cut into chunks
  • 1 onion cut into pieces
  • 1 green chilly
  • 1/2 bunch coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
  • Salt


  • Blend all ingredients together. Chill in the refrigerator for sometime. Serve with tortillas or chips.


You can substitute sugar with natural sweetener.
