Drumstick leaves have many medicinal properties and health benefits. I love their flavor; it’s unique and doesn’t taste like palak (spinach) or methi (fenugreek).I used only five ingredients to make this pakoda (fritters) because I love to preserve the original taste of sajne pata (drumstick leaves).This is a tasty and crispy snack that can be prepared in minutes. It's both healthy and delicious.

Ingredients
- 1 bunch Drumstick leaves Sajne Pata / Sahjan ke Patte
- 5/6 Green Chillies chopped
- 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
- Vegetable Oil for frying
- 1-2 tsp Salt for seasoning

Instructions
- Separate sajne pata from stems. Wash it thoroughly.
- In a big bowl add sajne pata, chopped green chilies, salt and all purpose flour.
- Mix it by using hands until it forms a dough like mixture. Make small pakodas.
- Heat oil in a frying pan, fry pakodas in medium heat until light brown.
Recipe Notes
- 1 bunch = 1 packet available in grocery stores 4 big stems in it.
- Don’t fry it in high flame it will taste bitter.
