Ingredients
- ½ kg Cauliflower
- ½ kg Spinach
- 2 Tomato make paste
- 2 Onion make paste
- 2 Green chili
- 2 tablespoon Maize flour
- 1 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala
- 1 tablespoon Mustard oil
- 2 Red chili for garnishing
- 1-2 teaspoon Salt or as per taste

Instructions
- Grind the boiled spinach and cauliflower in the mixer and add 2 tablespoon of maize flour.
- Grind the boiled spinach and cauliflower in the mixer and add 2 tablespoons of maize flour.
- Take a wok and fry red chilly and take it out. Now crackle cumin seeds and add ginger garlic powder and fry it well then add onion paste and fry it well again.
- Then add turmeric powder, garam masala and red chilly powder and mix it now add tomato.
- Add salt and let it cook. When the mixture starts leaving oil then add the spinach and cauliflower mixture cover it up and let it cook for 10 minutes.
- Once cooked garnish it with fried red chillies.
- Serve hot with bread of your choice.
