- Soak Sabudana for 3 hours or soak for overnight. Drain extra water and wash it well in running water.
- Coarsely grind peanuts in mixer ginder jar. Keep aside.
- Heat oil in wok, crackle cumin seeds when seeds stop crackling add curry leaves and green chillies and saute for 30 seconds.
- Add soaked Sabudana and saute for 30-40 seconds on low flame.
- Add potatoes, peanuts and mix really well. Keep sautieng.
- Add salt and mix it well. You will see the sabudana will start to become translucent as they cook. Switch off the flame.
- Sabudana Khichdi is ready. Serve this hot with hot cup of tea.
