  • 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder unsweetened
  • cup Oats Flour ¾ finely powdered or
  • cup Cane Sugar ¾
  • 1 tsp Salt of, or as per taste
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt or curd or thick curd
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Dark Chocolate lindt cocoa dark chocolate or something similar finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Walnuts or badam finely chopped badam and
  • 6 Strawberries or big quartered
  • Cocoa Powder unsweetened for dusting


  • Sieve whole wheat flour, oats flour, cocoa powder and salt at least 3-5 times.
  • Dissolve sugar in yogurt .
  • Add baking powder and baking soda to the yogurt and set it aside for few mins. The mixture will turn a little foamy.
  • Add oil and mix gently. This is the wet mixture of the cake batter.
  • Preheat the oven @190c. Grease a pan and align parchment sheet.
  • Gently mix the sifted flour mixture to the wet mixture.
  • Stir in the strawberry, chocolate chunks & nuts.
  • Pour the cake batter into the prepared pan and bake for 40 – 45 mins @190c
  • Once the cake is slightly warm, dust cocoa powder & decorate using strawberries.
  • Slice and serve as needed.
