- 50 gm Ricotta Cheese
- 2 tbsp Condensed Milk
- 2 tbsp Cream amul fresh
- 1 cup cashews chopped black raisins and tutti-frutti
- 2 tbsp Dark Chocolate chopped thickly
- 1 tbsp Powdered Sugar
- a Glazed Cherries chopped
- 1 tsp Gelatin bloomed
- 1-2 pieces Oranges chopped candied
- 2 tbsp Rum brandy or
- 1 tsp Choco Chips optional dark
- 1 tbsp Sour Cream
- 1 tsp Strawberry Compote or rum warmed with rum

Instructions
- Take the nuts, tutti-frutti, raisins and glazed cherries in rum and let it soak for about 2 hours. Blend together the cheese, fresh cream, sour cream, condensed milk, powdered sugar till smooth.
- Add the soaked nuts, raisins, tutti frutti and dark chocolate. Add 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla essence. Add the bloomed gelatin if you want it to set. Omit if you prefer smoothie-type dessert.
- Apply little bit of jam and rum mix to the bottom of the glasses or dessert bowls before adding the cassata cream mixture. Chill for 4-5 hours.
- Garnish with dark choco chips/ grated dark chocolate or glazed cherries or fresh fruit like strawberries/ cherries etc. Serve cold.
- Method for blooming gelatin- Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of gelatin over 1/4 cup of cold water and let stand for 10 minutes. Warm slightly to dissolve the gelatin and let it come to room temperature before using as per need.
