  • 1 cup Multi Grain Flour
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 1 cup Milk
  • Desi Ghee for greesing


  • Add all ingredients and knead it.
  • Add water if required to make a soft daugh.
  • Greese the daugh with a little bit ghee or oil.
  • Take a lemon size dough and roll it into the dry multi grain flour.
  • Roll it with the rolling pin.
  • Put this roti on a pre-heated tawa.
  • Flip it.
  • Now cook it direct on the flame.
  • Roties are ready to serve.
