For super soft protein packed roties try this recipe. You can serve roties with any curry or curd.

Ingredients
- Multi grain flour 1cup
- Salt
- Milk 1 cup
- Ghee for greesing

Instructions
- Add all ingredients and knead it.
- Add water if required to make a soft daugh.
- Greese the daugh with a little bit ghee or oil.
- Take a lemon size dough and roll it into the dry multi grain flour.
- Roll it with the rolling pin.
- Put this roti on a pre-heated tawa.
- Flip it.
- Now cook it direct on the flame.
- Roties are ready to serve.
