About this Recipe

Roasted fish is better than dip fry. It can serve as snacks or starter.

Ingredients & Quantity
  • 250 gms fish
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp onion paste
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 4 tsp mustered oil
  • Salt to taste
How to cook?
  1. Wash fish 7-8 times final wash with turmeric powder and salt.
  2. Marinate fish with turmeric powder, salt, lemon juice, red chilli powder, onion paste, ginger garlic paste and mustered oil. Keep for 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat oven at 160 degree Celsius for 10 minutes.
  4. Then roast marinated fish for 10 minutes. Heat should be both sides.
  5. Serve crispy fish with salad.
