Roasted Channa dal should be good quality and crisp. When we add rice flour it becomes more crispy. This fried Channa dal goes with tea/coffee.

Ingredients
- Roasted Channa dal 1 cup
- Rice flour 1 cup
- Chilli flakes 2 tsp
- Chopped onion 1/2 cup
- Chopped garlic 2 tsp
- Oil for deep fry
- Salt

Instructions
- Take roasted Channa dal in a mixing bowl.
- Make a batter with roasted Channa dal, rice flour, chilli flakes, chopped onion, chopped garlic and salt.
- Heat a frying pan add oil and deep fry the batter. Add I tbsp of batter for each bada.
- Fry until brown then strain the oil.
- Serve with spring onion.
Notes
Take a sip of tea/coffee and bite the pakoda.
