Ingredients
 

  • 1 cup Channa Dal roasted
  • 1 cup Rice Flour
  • 2 tsp Chilli Flakes
  • 1/2 cup Onion chopped
  • 2 tsp Garlic chopped
  • Oil for deep fry
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
 

  • Take roasted Channa dal in a mixing bowl.

  • Make a batter with roasted Channa dal, rice flour, chilli flakes, chopped onion, chopped garlic and salt.

  • Heat a frying pan add oil and deep fry the batter. Add I tbsp of batter for each bada.

  • Fry until brown then strain the oil.

  • Serve with spring onion.
