About this Recipe

Full of protein fat calorie and starch

Ingredients & Quantity
  • RICE 1 cup (good quality)
  • Mutton minced 250 gms
  • Onion paste ginger garlic paste 1/2 cup
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • Salt and oil as required
How to cook?
  1. Soaked rice for ten minutes. Just sauteed onion ginger garlic paste with masala.
  2. Mix with kima and oil. Make ball shape and wrap with rice.
  3. Keep in a steamer. After ten minutes it will ready. Don't press with hand. Handle with care.
  4. Serve with chutney. See how it looks like a FLOWERS
