When you can't think of any recipe, make fish fry, with a small step of marination and loaded with veggies and egg, This is a complete meal in itself and you really don't have to think too much for your lunch if fish fry is there.

Ingredients
- 250 gm Fish (phylly, breast piece)
- 1/2 cup Potato (boiled, mashed )
- 1 cup Capsicum (chopped)
- 2 tsp Garam Masala (shan)
- 1 tsp Black Pepper (crushed)
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 2 tsp Bengal Gram (roasted )
- 1 Egg (beaten)
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 2 tsp Butter
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)

Instructions
- Wash the fish Philly with salt and lemon juice. Marinate with black pepper crushed and lemon juice and keep separate for 10 minutes.
- Take a frying pan, heat oil, add ginger, garlic paste sauteed for a minute. Add chopped capsicum, red chilli powder and salt. Stir continuously
- Add mashed Potatoes and roasted Bengal gram powder. Shallow fry them.
- At last, add Shan garam masala which has a magical flavor.
- Now spread onto the fish Philly like a bed.
- Add 1 tbsp oil on a heated frying pan. Place the Philly gently on the frying pan.
- Pour the beaten egg, turn both sides carefully.
- Serve with lemon wedge and table spices.
