Restaurant Style Chilli Paneer

This chilli paneer is exclusively made with Beetroot , Carrot and Beans Puree. We are not using any artificial colours and sauces.
It is a very tasty and healthy recipe which can be prepared at home and enjoy with your whole family.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Paneer Cubes
  • 3 Green chillies
  • 1 Onion Finely Chopped
  • 2 Garlic cloves finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Fenugreek leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Carrom seeds
  • 3 tbsp Puree made of beetroot, carrot and beans
  • 2 tbsp Curd
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Ghee

Instructions
 

  • Switch on the stove , keep it on medium flame and Keep the Pan
  • Add Two Tablespoons of Ghee and Oil
  • Add Half a Teaspoon of Turmeric Powder,
  • Add One and a half teaspoon of salt,
  • Add Half a teaspoon of ajwain seeds, cumin seeds and dry fenugreek leaves
  • Saute for two minutes
  • Add a small cup of cashew nuts and three green chillies
  • Add the finely chopped onions and garlic
  • Saute for five minutes
  • In a blender add three tablespoons of beetroot, carrot and beans puree and two tablespoons of yoghurt/curd. Blend it into a smooth paste and Add the mixture to the pan once the other ingredients are properly cooked.
  • Mix it thoroughly
  • Add Half a Tablespoon of chilli Powder and Mix it thoroughly
  • Let it cook for two minutes
  • Add the Paneer Cubes
  • Mix it until the flavour evenly spreads to the paneer cubes
  • Chilli Paneer is ready to serve
  • Now its time to finally serve it and prepare the lunch box -
  • Serve it with Rice, Make Sandwiches and Rolls
