Remedy drinkEvery part of moringa tree is edible. We can also store the leaves as sun dried when they are not in season. Moringa leaves have 7 times more Vitamin C than oranges and 15 times more potassium than banana. Also have calcium protein, iron and amino acid which has properties of healing our body. It can control sugar levels. Overall Moringa leaves incredibly powerful as a nutritional supplement. It doesn't matter whether leaves are fresh or dry. I have lemon grass plant. It is also an antifungal and antioxidant properties. I am also using homegrown fresh turmeric.

- Lemon grass
- Moringa leaves Handful
- 1 tsp raw turmeric grated

Instructions
- Just boil water then add handful moringa leaves, a few lemon grass and grated fresh turmeric. Wait for 5 minutes then strain and drink.
- We must have good practice of consuming remedy drink to keep ourselves healthy.
