Moringa leaves have 7 times more Vitamin C than oranges and 15 times more potassium than banana. Also have calcium protein, iron and amino acid which has properties of healing our body. It can control sugar levels. Overall Moringa leaves incredibly powerful as a nutritional supplement. It doesn't matter whether leaves are fresh or dry. I have lemon grass plant.
