Penne Pasta served with with lot of veggies my way !!!

Ingredients & Quantity
  • Zucchini Green and Yellow half diced
  • 4-5 half cut cherry tomatoes
  • 1 onion diced
  • Sliced & Diced Broccoli
  • Sliced & Diced Red Bell pepper
  • Pasta - 1 cup
  • Arrabbiata Red Pasta Sauce 2-3 Spoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Tomato Ketchup 4-5 spoons
  • Pepper powder 1/2 table spoon
  • A pinch of Red Chilli powder
  • 1/2 table spoon coriander powder
  • Scallion/green onion/spring onion chopped for garnishing
  • Olive oil 2-3 spoons

How to cook?
  1. In a deep pan heat water and bring it to a boil. Add salt and few drops of oil.
  2. Add the penne pasta to this and let cook, until it is cooked al dente (soft but firm). Each shape of pasta cooks differently. Do check the package for cookin
  3. Drain the water and keep it aside.

  5. In a pan heat the oil. Saute the onions, bell pepper, cherry tamotes zucchini, broccoli and all salt to taste, pepper, coriander powder, red chilli and let cook on simmer for few minutes

  7. Till then heat a pan add the Arrabbiata Red Pasta Sauce add the drained pasta and mix well and keep aside.
  8. Now add Tomato Ketchup to the slight cooked vegetables mix well and let it cook for 2-3 minutes and add the Arrabbiata Red Penne Pasta kept aside mix well. Your Penne Pasta is Ready.
  9. Red Sauce Penne Pasta
  10. Sprinkle with chopped spring onions and serve hot.
