This recipe is famous every where. My son always travel out of the country. This time when he came he shared with me the recipe. Then I tried this and appreciated.

Ingredients
- 250 gm Boneless Chicken
- 25 gm Gms Bamboo Shoot Strips (bamboo shoot strips)
- 2 tsp Curry Paste (red)
- 1/2 cup Spring Onion
- 1/2 cup Beans (chopped)
- 10-12 leaves Lemon (kaffir)
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- Lemon Grass (strips)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 2 tbsp Oil (refine)
- slices Green Chillies

Instructions
- Take a deep sauce pan add water half of the pan. Make it boiled then add boneless chicken andsalt,
- Now add all green vegetables beans, spring onion, green chilli slits, lemon grass and kaffir lemon leaves.
- Take a frying pan add oil add red curry ready made paste and add half cup water. Pour into the boiling soup.
- Add bamboo shoot and boil for 5 minutes. Add lemon juice.
- Serve hot red curry paste and enjoy your dinner
