Ingredients
- Red chilli 8-10
- Garlic 8-10 pods
- Ginger 1/2 inch
- Onion 1medium size sliced
- Yellow Mustard powder 1tbsp
- Pasta of your choice 150 gm
- Salt
- Aginomoto to taste
- Tomatoes 4 large
- Mustard oil 2tbsp
- Mix vegetables like carrot beans bell pepper cottage cheese
- Cheese of your choice

Instructions
- Boil red chili along with onion for 10 min. Cook pasta as per instructions on pack with salt and aginomoto.
- Blanch tomatoes & peel. Now grind chili tomatoes onion ginger and garlic together.
- Heat a wok. Heat 1 tbsp mustard oil till it starts fuming . Cook carrots & beans for 2-3 min. .Add Bell pepper& paneer
- Cook for 2-3 min . Keep these vegetables aside. Now add remaining mustard oil .heat it . Add ground paste.that we prepared in step 1. Add salt & mustard powder.
- Cook for 3-4 min. Now add boil pasta & vegetables. Mix well. Add cheese as much/ less you want.
- It's ready to serve.
Notes
- It’s too hot because of red chili. Taste before you are serving it to kids
- If you cook sauce a night before making pasta mustard will leave its flavor & the sauce will taste better.
- Use of mustard oil in pasta may sound wierd but this recipe tastes best when cooked in mustard oil.
