About this Recipe

It is just a crunchy chikki when you bite feel the taste sweet and sour

Ingredients & Quantity
  • Raw mango Julian 250 gms
  • Sugar 300 gms
  • Ginger juice one tsp
  • Raisin and crushed almond
  • Butter 25 gms crushed black pepper
  • Mango essence two drops
  • Salt half tsp Crystal sugar
How to cook?
  1. Mango should be grated Julian dipped in chilled water 15 minutes then strain from water satue with butter add ginger juice
  2. Add sugar salt almond raisin stir continuous. Add crushed black paper mango essence
  3. When become sticky greased plate and spread the chikki after half an hour it will become crunchy sprinkle Crystal sugar
  4. Break into pieces and enjoy crunchy chikki
