Raw banana has full of nutritious element lots of iron and fiber

Ingredients & Quantity
  • Raw banana two (boiled)
  • Besan one cup
  • Green chilli paste two tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste two tsp
  • Garam masala powder two tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil as required
  • Barley powder two tsp
  • Fresh cream half cup
  • Kasurimethi one tsp
  • Hung Curd half cup
  • Coconut milk half cup
How to cook?
  1. Mashed boiled banana with ginger garlic paste salt green chilli paste garam masala and barley powder. Make a dough and kofta shape and rest for five minutes.
  2. Add oil for dip fry make the koftas and keep aside.
  3. Now make gravy add ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, salt and curd. Stir continuous then add one cup water. Let it cook for five minutes.
  4. Then add garam masala powder kasuri methi coconut milk at last kofta
  5. Make a paste with fresh cream and barley powder. Serve in a bowl and garnish with barley cream
