Ingredients
- Raw banana two boiled
- Besan one cup
- Green chilli paste two tsp
- Ginger garlic paste two tsp
- Garam masala powder two tsp
- Salt
- Oil as required
- Barley powder two tsp
- Fresh cream half cup
- Kasurimethi one tsp
- Hung Curd half cup
- Coconut milk half cup

Instructions
- Mashed boiled banana with ginger garlic paste salt green chilli paste garam masala and barley powder. Make a dough and kofta shape and rest for five minutes.
- Add oil for dip fry make the koftas and keep aside.
- Now make gravy add ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, salt and curd. Stir continuous then add one cup water. Let it cook for five minutes.
- Then add garam masala powder kasuri methi coconut milk at last kofta
- Make a paste with fresh cream and barley powder. Serve in a bowl and garnish with barley cream
