Raw Banana Chips

Ingredients
- 2 raw banana
- 1 tsp pink salt
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 glass of water
- Oil for deep fry
Instructions
- Take banana and peal off the skin. Make a solution of salt, turmeric and water.
- Peal off the skin of raw banana then slice the banana with chips cutter. Drop the banana slices in salt and turmeric solution.
- Soak it for 20 minutes then make it dry by using a dry cotton cloth.
- After then deep fry the raw banana chips.
- It should be crispy then store in a air tight container.
