About Raspberry Soda
Comes the berry season and you gotta bring in some fresh Raspberry in the home. Eating these fresh and colorful berries is fun but lets make sparkling and fizzy drink with raspberries, with a dash of lemon juice and club soda, served chilled, to beat the summer heat.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Raspberries (fresh- )
- 1 tbsp Raspberry syrup (or raspberry concentrate, optional)
- 6 cup Seltzer water (plain, chilled, (carbonated water), (club soda))
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- Honey (organic - to taste / as desired)
- 12 Ice Cubes
For the Garnish
- 8 Mint leaves (fresh, optional)

Instructions
- Juice the raspberries with the help of a juicer. Stain and add to the glasses.
- Now put the raspberry syrup. (optional)
- Add lemon juice and honey.
- Top off with seltzer (Carbonated Water). Add ice and serve chilled.
- You may garnish with fresh mint leaves.
Recipe Notes
- Orange juice and rock salt may also be added to enhance the flavor.
- Whole raspberries .lemon slices and mint leaves may be used for garnish.
- Sugar syrup may be added, instead of granulated sugar.
