Rasgulla kulfi is my innovative recipe.This is a two in one recipe or a fusion recipe. Taste is too good.
1 litre milk
12 small rasgulla
3 tbsp milk powder
2 tbsp custard powder
8 - 10 almonds
2 - 3 cardamom
In a wok add milk and boil it on medium flame until reduced half in quantity.
Now add in boiled milk and mix well.
Add sugar and Crush the almonds and mix it. Cook for 3 - 4 minutes.
Let it cool completely.
In a kulfi mould add 2 - 3 pcs of Rasgulla in each kulfi mould.
Fill the kulfi moulds with the kulfi milk. Close with lid.
Keep it in freezer for 7 hours.
After 7 hours our Rasgulla kulfi is ready to serve.
