Rasgulla kulfi is my innovative recipe.This is a two in one recipe or a fusion recipe. Taste is too good.

  • 1 litre milk
  • 12 small rasgulla
  • 3 tablespoon milk powder
  • 2 tablespoon custard powder
  • 8 - 10 almonds
  • 2 - 3 cardamom


  • In a wok add milk and boil it on medium flame until reduced half in quantity.
  • Now add in boiled milk and mix well.
  • Add sugar and Crush the almonds and mix it. Cook for 3 - 4 minutes.
  • Let it cool completely.
  • In a kulfi mould add 2 - 3 pcs of Rasgulla in each kulfi mould.
  • Fill the kulfi moulds with the kulfi milk. Close with lid.
  • Keep it in freezer for 7 hours.
  • After 7 hours our Rasgulla kulfi is ready to serve.
