Healthy and nutritious dosa prepared using Rajma and Brown rice. This dosa can be prepared instantly after grinding or let it ferment for about 3 -4 hours to avoid the raw smell of brown rice. This dosa goes delicious with any varieties of chutney and sambhar.

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Brown Rice
- 1 Cup Rajma
- 1/2 teaspoon Methi seeds
- Salt
- Water to grind

Instructions
- Wash and soak brown rice and rajma for 4 - 5 hours. Drain and grind into fine batter by adding required amount of water.
- Once done, transfer it to a bowl and add salt. Mix well and keep it aside for 3 - 4 hours. ( Dosa can also be prepared immediately after grinding ).
- Heat non stick dosa pan, take one ladle of batter and prepare like dosa. Cook both the sides by smearing little olive oil.
- Once done, remove from the flame and repeat the process for the remaining batter. Serve hot with any varieties of chutney or sambhar.
