About this Recipe

Healthy and nutritious dosa prepared using Rajma and Brown rice. This dosa can be prepared instantly after grinding or let it ferment for about 3 -4 hours to avoid the raw smell of brown rice. This dosa goes delicious with any varieties of chutney and sambhar.

Ingredients & Quantity
  • 1 Cup Brown Rice
  • 1 Cup Rajma
  • 1/2 Tsp Methi seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • Water to grind
How to cook?
  1. Wash and soak brown rice and rajma for 4 - 5 hours. Drain and grind into fine batter by adding required amount of water.
  2. Once done, transfer it to a bowl and add salt. Mix well and keep it aside for 3 - 4 hours. ( Dosa can also be prepared immediately after grinding ).
  3. Heat non stick dosa pan, take one ladle of batter and prepare like dosa. Cook both the sides by smearing little olive oil.
  4. Once done, remove from the flame and repeat the process for the remaining batter. Serve hot with any varieties of chutney or sambhar.
