About this Recipe

Rajasthan is famous for degi mirch . Rajasthanis like spicy food very much . Dry red chilli and garlic chutney is very traditional condiment with rajashthani food . U can enjoy this chutney with snacks .

Ingredients & Quantity
  • 8-10 dry red chillis
  • 5 - 6 garlic cloves
  • 1 small tomato ( optional )
  • Salt as per taste
  • Lemon juice 2 tsp
  • Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Water as required
How to cook?
  1. First remove stems and seeds from dry red chillis . Keep red chills into hot water for about 30 minutes .
  2. Now drain all water from chillis and take a grinder , put soaked red chillis ,tomatoes garlic cloves , lemon juice , salt and cumin powder . Process all ingredients well by using little water .
  3. Dry red chilli and garlic chutney is ready . Serve with chat or snacks .

U can skip tomatoes if you want spicy .
