About this Recipe

this pickle ready to serve in 2 to 3 days .

Ingredients & Quantity
  • radish 1kg
  • red chilli powder 1tbsp or to taste
  • turmeric powder 2tbsp
  • brown mustard seeds 1tbsp
  • coriander पाउडर १/2tbsp
  • salt 1 /2 tbsp
  • fennel seeds 1tbsp
  • mustard oil 3 tbsp
  • onion seeds 2tsp
How to cook?
  1. wash and peel the radish and cut into thick and round peaces .
  2. boil with 3glass of water and drain it.
  3. dry roast the fennel seeds and brown mustard seed separately .and coarsely grind them
  4. now mix all ingredients together and keep in sun light for 2-3 days ,
