Ingredients
- 2 cups Phool Makhana Fox Nuts
- 2 teaspoon mint leaves chopped
- 1 teaspoon butter or low fat substitute
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
- Himalayan salt as per taste

Instructions
- Heat the butter in a shallow vessel.
- Add the mint leaves and fry them on a low flame till they turn crisp.
- Add the phool makhana and roast on a low flame for 6-7 mins.
- Remove from flame and sprinkle freshly ground pepper and Himalayan pink salt. Toss to coat evenly.
