Ingredients
  

  • Pumpkin 250 gms
  • Bengal gram par boiled one cup
  • Whole red chilli punch phoran masala
  • Turmeric Powder coriander powder one tsp
  • Little bit sugar salt to taste, mango powder

Instructions
 

  • Pumpkin cut into pieces. Add oil in a heated frying pan.
  • Add whole red chilli, panch phoran which spice is famous in Bengal. Mixture of saunp, mustered seeds, fenugreek, onion seeds coriander
  • Add pumpkin pieces, par boiled Bengal gram, coriander powder,red chilli flex,turmeric powder,pinch of sugar salt to taste.
  • When it will cook add roasted punch phoran masala powder mango powder.
  • Now it is ready garnish with fresh coriander and serve.
