Pumpkin Sabji
Ingredients
- 1/2 kg Pumpkin
- 2 tsp Garlic finely chopped
- 2 tsp Ginger finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp Fenugreek Seeds
- 1 tbsp Chana Dal
- 2 Whole red chilli nos
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1 tsp Jagerry or sugar sugar or
- 1/1/2 tsp Dry Mango Powder dry
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder or taste
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 2 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tbsp Oil
- leaves Garnishing or coriander coriander chopped for

Instructions
- Peel the skin, wash and cut into dices the pumpkin .
- Heat the oil in a wok or a non- stick pan, pop the fenugreek seeds and chana dal.
- Now add broken whole red chili, stir a minute, saute the ginger and garlic, add turmeric, coriander, and red chili and add the pumpkin immediately
- Mix well add salt cover and cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
- Remove the cover add dry mango powder, sugar then mix again very well, switch off the flame.
- Garnish with coriander leaves, serve with paratha/.
Recipe Notes
you can also add dried mango pieces instead of dry mango powder
