Pumpkin Halwa
Ingredients
- 1 kg Pumpkin
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- Almonds chopped
- 1 tbsp Melon Seeds roasted
- 1 tsp Raisins
- 2 tbsp Desi Ghee
- 1 tsp Cardamom Powder
- 1 tsp Grated Coconut

Instructions
- peel the pumpkin and cut into large pieces ,boil and mash.
- keep the boiled pumpkin in a strainer.
- now heat the ghee in a wok fry the pumpkin till golden ,
- add sugar and chopped dry fruits and cook for 5 minute more ,switch the flame
- garnish with roasted melon seeds and serve hot .
