Ingredients & Quantity
  • pumpkin 1 kg
  • sugar 1 tbsp
  • chopped almonds
  • roasted melon seeds 1 tbsp
  • raisins 1 tsp
  • ghee 2 tbsp
  • cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • grated coconut 1 tsp
How to cook?
  1. peel the pumpkin and cut into large pieces ,boil and mash.
  2. keep the boiled pumpkin in a strainer.
  3. now heat the ghee in a wok fry the pumpkin till golden ,
  4. add sugar and chopped dry fruits and cook for 5 minute more ,switch the flame
  5. garnish with roasted melon seeds and serve hot .
