To make the flower edible we have to remove the stem and stigma of the petals. Pumpkin flowers are known to be full of health benefits it is rich in Vitamin B9 It is bright yellow colour. There is a popular recipe kumro phuler bara in Bengali cuisine. But I like to avoid deep fry that is the reason I made veg tikki and filled in flowers then shallow fry.
