Ingredients for Puffed Rice Bars

  • Puffed Rice – 2 Cups
  • Mixed Nuts – ¼ Cup (dry roasted and chopped)
  • Dried Coconut – 3 tbsp (shredded)
  • Green Cardamom Powder – ½ tsp
  • Jaggery – Around ¾ Cup

How to cook Puffed Rice Bars

  1. Heat pan and add jaggery into it. Cook until it gets smooth and shiny. Stir continuously.
  2. Now add puffed rice, mixed nuts, shredded coconut, green cardamom powder. Mix well.
  3. Turn off the heat and transfer the mixture into the greased tray. Use the wet hands to press it down for making it even.
  4. Cut into desired shapes.
