Ingredients
  

  • 200 gm Prawns
  • 2 tbsp rice flour
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Ginger paste
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • Tooth pick
  • 2 tbsp mustard oy
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Wash the prawns with little lemon juice, turmeric powder and salt.
  • When we heat the prawn it takes a round shape. That's why here I prick the prawns with tooth pick to keep straight
  • Marinate with turmeric powder, salt, lemon juice, cumin powder, chili powder, ginger, garlic paste and rice flour.
  • Heat mustard oil in a frying pan after smoking fry the prawns.
  • Don't over cook it will be rubberized, it should be soft inside.
