    Ingredients
      

    • 3 medium sized potatoes boiled
    • Salt to taste
    • 2 tbsp cornflour
    • 2 tbsp besan
    • 1 tbsp green coriander leaves chopped
    • 1 tbsp dessicated coconut
    • 1 tbsp khus khus
    • 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
    • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
    • 2-3 tbsp milk Can be adjusted

    Instructions
     

    • Grate the boiled potatoes so that no lumps remain. Mix in all the ingredients except the milk. Lastly add the milk and mix it well. Fill the mixture in a piping bag.
    • Cut the tip of the bag. Heat oil for deep frying. Lower the flame and make spirals directly in the hot oil.

    • Cook both sides till golden brown. Serve hot with sauce or chutney. The potato mixture should be soft so that it becomes paste like and can be easily piped. The milk has to be added accordingly.
