Potato Sandwich
Ingredients
- 3 Potatoes Large, Boiled, peeled and mashed
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds Optional
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- Red Chili Powder to taste
- 1 tsp Ginger and Green Chili Paste
- ¼ tsp Garam Masala
- ¼ tsp Coriander Powder
- 7 to 8 Bread Slices
- 1 handful Coriander chopped
- Desi Ghee to shallow fry

Instructions
- In a bowl add potatoes, salt, lemon juice, red chili powder, ginger & green chili paste, garam masala, coriander powder, chopped coriander. Mix well.
- Divide the bread into two equal portions (triangles).Â
- Spread the potato mixture on each bread slice evenly.Â
- Sprinkle sesame seeds over it
- Heat ghee in a non-sticky pan and shallow fry them from both sides.
