So tried to make "Rosti"!! A potato dish originating from Switzerland that is traditionally made with boiled potatoes that are grated and fried. This dish can be made with either cooked or raw potatoes.

  • Mozzarella cheese - (half cup)(grated)
  • Salted Butter - 25 to 30 grams
How to cook?
  1. Take the potatoes peel them and grate them with a grater.(Do not squeeze the water) Add chopped onions . Now add salt, oregano, chili flakes and mix it well.
  2. Potato Rosti
  3. Now take a flat pan add butter on it.Spread the grated potatoes on the pan and press it gently now add more butter on the top and in the center of the rosti.Check it with the help of a knife that it should be properly cooked in little brown golden.
