Grate potato and sqeeuze it to remove starch from potatoes.
Take all the ingredients in mixing bowl (potato, onion, gramflour, green chilli paste, salt, red chili powder and turmeric powder. Mix all the ingredients well if required n add little water to make mixture.
Heat oil on nonstick pan, put tablespoon batter on tawa n spread it in round shape. Shallow fry from both the sides on low flame until it done golden. Transfer it on absorbing paper.
