Ingredients
- 2 boiled Potato
- 1 tablespoon corn flour
- 1 tablespoon plain flour
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 4-5 cashew
- 1 spoon peanut paste
- 1 tablespoon dessicated coconut
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon dum aloo masala
- 2-3 bay leave
- 2 chopped onion
- 1 bowl tomato paste
- 1 spoon cream
- 1 cardamom
- 1 teaspoon kasuri methi
- 1 teaspoon deggi mirch

Instructions
- Take a pan with 2cup water add chopped Potato n let it boil for 8-10min,let it cool completely.
- Now grate the potato and add all dry ingredients mix well n give shape like a lemon.
- Meanwhile take a pan add 1tbsp butter now add cardamom ,bay leaf saute for 1min now add chopped onion .
- Let it cook for 5min n let it cool.
- Now transfer onion mixture in grinder until it become smooth paste.
- Take a pan with med heat oil n deep fry potato ball n keep aside.
- Now in same pan add jeera ,hing saute it now add crushed ginger garlic n onion paste cook for 2min.
- Now add tomato puree , peanut paste n all masala cover with lid n cook for 8min in low flame .
- Now add water n salt , let it cook another 5min .add potato ball n cream.
- Garnish with dessicated coconut
Notes
Make sure turn off gas then add potato balls
