I made this potato fruit salad (mix fruit salad) with boiled potato pieces. Combined potatoes n fruits with cream n mayonnaise. An awesome recipe u have to try this must.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large size potato - boiled, peeled n cut into small chunks
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 1 orange - peeled n cut each into two
  • 1/2 cup grapes
  • 1/2 cups pomegranate seeds
  • 1 cup fresh cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sugar powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder

Instructions
 

  • Take fresh cream, mayonnaise, sugar, salt and black pepper powder in mixing bowl. N mix really well.
  • Add potatoes n fruits in it and mix gently.
  • Healthy potatoes fruits salad is ready to serve. Serve this in plate or bowls. Don't forget to garnish it with some pomegranate seeds.

Notes

U can also fry potatoes for this salad.
U can choose and add your favourite fruits in this salad.
