Instructions
- In mixing bowl add semolina, curd. Mix it well n keep aaise for 15minutes on low flame.
- Add potatoes, salt, green chilies, coriander leaves in se nilima mixture n mix it well.
- Grease your palm take small size portion n roll it
- Now take a small ball sized dough making sure to grease hand with oil to prevent from sticking. Make a cylindrical shape to a finger length.
- Deep fry in heated oil. stir occasionally, keeping the flame on medium. Fry till the potato fingers turn crispy and golden brown. Drain over a kitchen towel to absorb excess oil. finally.
- Serve crispy potato fingers with tomato sauce.
Recipe Notes
If your mixture get sticky so add little sooji to avoid stickiness.
