  • 3 Potatoes boiled, peeled and mashed medium size
  • 1/2 cup Semolina sooji
  • 4 tbsp Curd
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
  • 2 Green Chillies finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Coriander finely chopped
  • Oil for deep fry


  • In mixing bowl add semolina, curd. Mix it well n keep aaise for 15minutes on low flame.
  • Add potatoes, salt, green chilies, coriander leaves in se nilima mixture n mix it well.
  • Grease your palm take small size portion n roll it
  • Now take a small ball sized dough making sure to grease hand with oil to prevent from sticking. Make a cylindrical shape to a finger length.
  • Deep fry in heated oil. stir occasionally, keeping the flame on medium. Fry till the potato fingers turn crispy and golden brown. Drain over a kitchen towel to absorb excess oil. finally.
  • Serve crispy potato fingers with tomato sauce.

Recipe Notes

If your mixture get sticky so add little sooji to avoid stickiness.
